March 15th saw another important event as Charlie Johnson, left
guard was signed a 2 year contract.
Mike Zimmer
retained a few coaches from Frazier’s staff and one of those I believe was
important as Coach kept Offensive Line Coach, Jeff Davidson.
I really
thought 2 years ago the line was really dominating as Adrian went for over 2000
yards then in 2013 the line seemed to struggle at times. I am happy the unit
was kept together and I look for a rebound year out of this unit. It is nice
going on the 3rd year together as a unit to get even more
repetitions together.
Joe Berger
was resigned earlier in the week and the team drafted Jeff Baca in 2013 for
some depth. It will be interesting in the upcoming draft what the team deems
important in which area gets targeted.
